TheHACCPPlanDocument
The HACCP plan document must indicate 1) the locations at which
hazard control is applied (the CCPs), 2) the critical limits for each CCP,
3) the monitoring method to be used at each CCP, 4) the frequency of
monitoring, 5) the corrective actions specified for violation of a critical
limit, 6) where the verification records are located and 6) specification of
