• Mr. Rosenblatt is a Principal of Gordon & Rosenblatt, a consulting firm specialized
in the science, technology, and regulation-compliant use of chemical disinfection,
especially in regard to water treatment. In recent years, his professional practice has
focused increasingly on microbial risk management in the built environment.
• Mr. Rosenblatt is an Advisor to NSF International on programs pertaining to
HACCP
for Building Water Systems
, and is a member of the NSF International Biofilms
Protocols committee. He also is a member of ASHRAE Standard Project Committee

. He has served
on the Board of the International Ozone Association-PanAmericanGroup (IOA-PAG).

Product (M/DBP) Technical Advisory Workgroup (as chair of the chlorine dioxide
subgroup), during regulatory negotiations for USEPA M/DBP Rule II. He is a past
Trustee of the Chemists’ Club of New York and past Chairman of the Chemists’ Club
